Bryan Strain comes to Snow College from Snowflake High School in Snowflake, Arizona where he has served as the Strength and Conditioning/Upper Weight Technique Coach since 2020.  During his time there, Strain helped coach two individuals win State Championships.

Prior to his time at Snowflake High School, Strain was the Head Wrestling Coach at North Sanpete High School from 2016-2020, where he coached a wrestler to a State Championship.  Strain began his coaching career as the Head Coach at Flagstaff High School.

Strain graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education and School Health.  In addition to his head coaching jobs, Strain has also worked as a personal trainer and massage therapist for 14 years.

Strain prepped at Centennial High School in Bakersfield, California where he was a four-year varsity heavyweight and a three-year league champion.  He also won a Freestyle State Championship and was a National Team Member.  Strain went on to wrestle for one season at Moorpark College in Moorpark, California.
