Box Score TWIN FALLS, Idaho (December 5, 2019) -- For the second time in less than a week, the Snow College men's basketball team has defeated Northeastern JC. After a seven-point victory last Saturday, the Badgers turned up the heat to record a 12-point victory over the Plainsmen on Thursday in Twin Falls, Idaho. Thursday's win marks the fifth victory in the last six games for Snow College.
After outscoring NJC 42-25 in the opening have, the Plainsmen came back to outscore Snow, 28-23, in the second half, but it was not enough as the Badgers rolled to a 65-53 victory.
Matt Norman led Snow with 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting from the field, including 2-of-4 attempts from three-point range.
Trey Farrer chipped in 11 points, while
Darrian Nebeker and
Taylor Miller had nine points each.
Brayden Johnson led the Badgers with nine rebounds, including eight defensive boards.Â
Now 7-5 on the season, Snow will prepare to take on Central Florida on Friday, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
