EPHRAIM, Utah (January 11, 2020) -- Despite eight lead changes throughout the game, Salt Lake C.C. outlasted Snow College down the stretch to take an 81-72 victory in Ephraim on Saturday. The Badgers connected on five-of-15 three-point attempts (56 percent) to keep things close in the first half, but managed only 1-of-6 attempts in the second half. The Badgers led by as many as five points in the first half.

Tredyn Christensen combined for 34 points, including 17 points each in the loss. Christensen was credited with his first double-double of the season, recording 11 rebounds, in addition to his 17 points.
Brantzen Blackner was also credited with double-digits, scoring 12 points on 4-of-8 shooting from the field. Blacker also grabbed six rebounds in the game.Â
Now 1-1 in conference play, Snow College will take to the road for a three-game road trip, beginning on Thursday, January 16 at Colorado Northwestern. Game time against the Spartans begins at 7 p.m. in Rangely, Colo.
