The Snow College Badgers took the second longest winning streak in the Scenic West Athletic Conference on the road and picked up an 89-66 win over the Spartans of Colorado Northwestern.
The Badgers jumped out to an 11 point halftime lead and then extended the lead in the second half with six players scoring in double figures.
Wyatt Lowell finished with 16 points and Hagen Wright had 15, Clayton Southwick added 13 points and eight rebounds. Ben Tew came off the bench to score 12 points and pull down six rebounds. Chase Potter tossed in eleven points and Drake Allen had ten points and five assists.
"We moved the ball well and we shot the ball much better in the second half," said Head Coach Rob Nielson. "The first half was a little shaky, but we got into a good flow in the second half and played better defense."
The Badgers will need to continue to ride this momentum when they travel to play undefeated Salt Lake Community College on Saturday.
