Snow College entered the tournament following a 4-1 weekend at the

The Badgers opened up the tournament against SSCC.
Kenley Henson pitched five complete innings allowing just two hits and an earned run en route to securing the win inside the circle. The Badgers offense was able to push across nine runs to win via mercy rule.
Three singles from
Haddie Hadley,
Hailey Mangum, and
Kamryn Allen each plated runs before a homer from
Reata O'Neal drove home two more giving the Badgers a 7-0 lead in the third. A walk and a Hadley double gave the Badgers a 9-1 victory.
After scoring a run on an error in the second against GMC, the Badgers plated five in the fifth thanks to doubles from Hadley, Allen and O'Neal. A single from
Gracie Brooks gave the Badgers a 6-1 lead. Snow College added two more in the seventh to earn the 8-1 win.
Saige Ewing picked up her fourth win of the year inside the circle as she allowed just one run and struck out four batters.
The Badgers suffered a 3-2 loss to Gordon State College to cap off day one of the tournament. They took on JALC to begin day two and wasted no time taking a 2-0 lead off an error and a safety squeeze play.
O'Neal gave the Badgers the lead back on a single in the second before the Volunteers leveled the score at four in the fourth. O'Neal drove in a run on a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the inning to regain the lead.
The Volunteers once again tied the game in the fifth before O'Neal drove in her third go-ahead RBI of the game on a double to left field. The 6-5 lead would hold this time and the Badgers would collect the one-run victory.
Following the victory, the Badgers would go on to suffer a trio of losses against Lake Land College, Shelton State Community College, and Southern Union State Community College. The Badgers will enter SWAC play with an 11-6 record following the tournament.
