The Snow College men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Utah Valley University Cross Country Invitational last weekend. The men's team finished fourth out of five teams while the women finished sixth out of eight teams.

The Badgers' tip finisher was
Caden Timm-DuShane, who finished the 3-mile run in 14:59.50, which was good enough for 17
th overall. Three other Badgers finished close behind, led by
Vaughn Wallace with a time of 15:19.92 to finish 26
th.
David Barlow (15:20.31) and
Brett Bailey (15:21.64) finished in 27
th and 28
th, respectively.

Two other Badgers finished near the top half of the field. Dallin Przbyla finished in 44
th place with a time of 15:44.96, while
Rulon Barlow claimed a top 50 finish with a time of 15:56.20.

UVU earned the victory as a team, which is calculated by taking the placement of the top five finishers of each team and adding those together. The Badgers finished fourth overall, just behind the College of Southern Idaho and ahead of Westminster University.

On the women's side,
Reese Moss finished the 3-mile runs in 18:53.16 to finish in 35
th place.
Brighten Goold and
Charity Whitehead both finished in the top 40. Goold crossed the line in 19:05.41, just a few seconds ahead of Whitehead, who recorded a time of 19:08.10.

As a team, the women finished in sixth place among the eight-team field. They finished behind four NCAA Division I schools and CSI, while finishing ahead of Salt Lake Community College and Westminster.
