The Snow College women's soccer team claimed a pair of wins over the weekend, defeating Truckee Meadows Community College and College of Southern Idaho. With the wins, the Badgers improve to 5-0-2 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play and 5-2-2 overall.

Against TMCC, the Badgers claimed a 2-1 victory Thursday. Snow College scored in the 12th minute when Hallie Hansen found the back of the net off an assist from Brenna Arauzo, marking Hansen's sixth goal of the season.

The Badgers held the lead until the second half, when the Lizards equalized in the 59th minute. Snow College responded in the 84th minute to reclaim the lead. Julie Huddleston scored off an assist from Kalle Jackson.

Arie Bunce, Summer Long and Hansen each recorded three shots on goal. The Badgers tallied 26 shots, with 13 on goal, while TMCC recorded just two shots. Snow College also had 12 corner kick opportunities compared to the Lizards' one.

Saturday, the Badgers claimed a 1-0 victory over CSI. In the first half, CSI recorded three shots and a pair of corner kicks within the first 14 minutes, but the first half remained scoreless.

The Badgers created opportunities in the 53rd and 57th minutes before finding the back of the net in the 63rd minute. Caliyah Wagner scored off an assist from Jackson, marking Jackson's team-leading fourth assist of the season.

Snow College continued to apply offensive pressure throughout the remainder of the match, finishing with six shots, including two on goal. CSI recorded seven shots, with two on goal. The Badgers also had 10 corner kicks compared to the Golden Eagles' two.
