Snow College Athletics

Coach Kerns joined the Badger coaching staff in the Spring of 2020 as the running backs coach and director of football operations. He was promoted to wide receivers coach and special teams coordinator in the Summer of 2020. He later added the tight ends coach and video coordinator titles. Prior to Snow College, Kerns spent three years on the Western Kentucky University football staff, one year on the recruiting staff, one year as an offensive assistant, and one year as a defensive assistant.  Prior to Snow, Kerns attended Western Kentucky University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in sport management. Before WKU, he attended Russell County High School where he played four years of football, in his home town of Russell Springs, Kentucky. Kerns was recently married to his wife, Cheyenne. They are expecting their first child in February.
