Prior to Snow College
Trevor comes to Snow College after serving as the Tight Ends Coach for Southern Utah University for one season. While there, McFalls coached Tanner McLachlan, a tight end who is currently playing for the Cincinnati Bengals. McFalls began his coaching career with SUU where he served as the Director of Football Operations during the 2018 and 2019 seasons.

Sandwiched between his stints with the Thunderbirds, McFalls spent three seasons as the Assistant Director of Player Personnel at Utah State University. McFalls achieved both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree at SUU.

McFalls, a native of Murray, Utah, prepped at Juan Diego Catholic High School, where he helped the Soaring Eagles win back-to-back state titles in 2008 and 2009. He was named to the All-State Team in 2009.  McFalls went on to play for SUU from 2010 to 2014. While there is was named to the All-Big Sky Academic Team.
