At Eastern Oregon University: Played in 16 games including 8 starts for the Mounties... scored one goal and handed out 4 assists... recorded 23 shots on the season and had seven shots on goal.

At Provo High School: Played varsity soccer... was named the Region Most Valuable Player... was a Gatorade Player of the Year Candidate... played club ball for La Roca.

Personal: Plans on majoring in Business... favorite sports team is Real Madrid...favorite athlete is Christiano Ronaldo... Carlos is the son of Carlos Rodriguez and Ada Soto.
