Biography

At Snow College (freshman): Appeared in all 14 games for the Badgers including 13 starts... scored five goals and dished out six assists throughout the season... totaled 35 shots including 15 shots on goal.

At Syracuse High School: Is the all-time leading goal scorer at Syracuse High School... helped the Titans win the 6A State Championship... was named the 6A Player of the Year... was a two-time selection to the All-State 1st team as well as the All-Area 1st team... was named Team MVP twice... played club ball with La Roca.

Personal: Plans on majoring in Business... favorite sports team is the Tottneham Hotspurs... was also recruited by the University of Incarnate Word, Utah Valley University, UNLV, and Westminster College... Jack is the son of Tina Cook and Mike Cook.

Why I chose to play for Snow College: "I chose to play for Snow College because it is a great school to be able to play for and be able to get my schooling done for cheap."
