- Was named to the All-Region and All-State 1st teams each of her sophomore through senior seasons
- Is a member of the Cowboys 1,000-point club
- Was named the Deseret News Athlete of the Week
- Played club ball for Utah Summit

- Daughter of Aaric Allred and Paige Allred
- Father Aaric played football at Southern Utah University and Utah State University
- Mother Paige played volleyball at Brigham Young University-Idaho
- Plans on majoring in Dental Hygiene
