Snow College Athletics

Thea Bailey joins the Snow College coaching staff as a volunteer assistant after spending the past two years competing for Southern Utah University. As a senior, Thea led the team with 387 digs, added 166 kills, and was credited with 32 aces and 18 blocks. 

Prior to transferring to SUU, Bailey was a standout for Snow College and helped lead the Badgers to the Scenic West TItle in 2017, marking the team's first conference championship in over 30 years. Bailey was an All-Region performer, and earned Region XVIII All-Tournament team honors. 

Bailey is married to former Snow College basketball player, Jake Bailey. Coach Baily recently completed her degree in elementary education from Southern Utah University.
