Snow College Athletics

At Valley High School: Was a four-year varsity volleyball starter... led the entire state of Utah (1A-6A) in aces as a freshman... was named the defensive player of the year as a junior... was named the 1A MVP as a senior... helped lead the Buffaloes to the 1A State Championship where she was named the first MVP as a Libero in the state of Utah... Recorded 825 digs, 572 receptions, 75 aces, 38 assists, and 86% serving percentage, and an 87% dig percentage... was an all-region selection all four years... all-state 2nd team(junior), 3rd team(sophomore), honorable mention(freshman)... was an academic all-region and all-state in volleyball and basketball... was a four-year basketball starter and was a member of the 1,000-point club... was named the valedictorian in addition to being on the honor roll all four years of high school... also participated in 4-H, FFA, sterling scholar and was the student council class president.

Personal: Plans to major in business and accounting with a minor in spanish and nutrition while looking to runner her own business and be a stay-at-home mother...  favorite volleyball memory was participating in a benefit match in her hometown and realizing volleyball can and should be more than just a game... served a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Lima, Peru... Esther is the daughter of Dustin and harmony Cox.

Why I chose to play at Snow College: "I prayed for the opportunity to play volleyball at the next level.  Snow College, Coach Mike, and the coaching staff were the answer to that prayer."
