At Cibola High School: Was a 4-year varsity letter winner for the Cougars... was named to the All-District 1st team three consecutive years... was named to the All-Metro 2nd team and was an All-State Honorable Mention... was named to the All-District Academic team... played club ball for the New Mexico Sundancers for 3 years.

Personal: Plans on majoring in communications... Zeyda is the daughter of Misty Olvera and Tulio Olvera.
