EPHRAIM – The No. 6 ranked Snow College football team took down the Junior Varsity team from the Air Force Academy 34-13 Friday at Badger stadium.
Snow fell behind 6-0 early but then never looked back and held the Falcons scoreless in the second half.
“Our defense really stepped up,” said Snow head coach Tyler Hughes. “They played good, tough assignment football and created a lot of turnovers.”
The Badger defense recovered three fumbles and intercepted a pass. The defense also held Air Force to 0-4 on fourth down.
Quarterback
Adam Eastman led the Badger offensive attack going 15-24 for 183 yards and a touchdown. Receiver
Ronrei Lloyd caught four passes for 94 yards and a touchdown.
The Badger rushing attack featured three ball carriers with at least 35 yards and a touchdown. Both
Kapri Bibbs and
Breon Allen found the end zone and
Alamoti Vaenuku carried the ball 13 times for 43 yards and twotouchdowns.
Badger punter Cayl Chapman-Brown continued to play a huge part in the field position game, punting four times for an average of 48 yards with all four downed inside the 20.
