Box Score MESA, Ariz. (Sept. 16, 2017) -- D'Arman Notoa rushed for 142 yards and two touchdowns as the 10th-ranked Snow Badgers outscored the 6th-ranked Mesa Thunderbirds, 59-36 on Saturday. Quarterback Shane Johnson chalked up 120 yards rushing and three touchdowns, while passing for another to Notoa in the key WSFL victory.

Defensively for Snow, defensive lineman Watson Asi (Ah'-see) recorded eight tackles, a sack, and two tackles for a loss, while safety Daymon Murray chipped in with seven tackles.

The win moves Snow to 4-0 on the season and 2-0 in Western States Football League play.  The Badgers travel to hurricane-torn Miami, Fla., this Saturday for a non-conference game to face the ASA-Miami at 11 a.m. (MT) The game will be broadcast on KMTI AM 650 & 95.1 FM.
