It was a clean 3-0 sweep Thursday night for the Badgers as they earned their 15
th victory of the season over Colorado Northwestern Community College.
Snow College was coming off back-to-back losses against no. 1 Salt Lake Community College and the College of Southern Idaho last weekend. The Badgers rebounded in a big way and quickly put away the Spartans in straight sets.
The Badgers allowed just 33 points total to the Spartans throughout the entire match. They dominated both offensively and defensively all night. Snow College finished with a total hitting percentage of .341, while limiting CNCC to just .012. Of the Badgers 75 total points scored throughout the match, 14 came on aces.
Snow College never trailed by even a single point in any of the three sets. They earned victories in each set going 25-11, 25-10, 25-12.
Kiera Crosbie and
Tricia Tua'one led the way offensively for the Badgers each finishing with eight kills. Corrine Taysom and
Meg Carter both finished in double figures in assists with the former having 20 and the later having 12.
Avery Fowler and
Sage Loveland each finished with 10 digs, while
Hannah Smith finished with nine.
