The Snow College men's soccer team suffered a 2-1 loss against No. 18 Utah State University Eastern Saturday in Price.
 
The No. 16 Badgers entered the matchup with a 6-2 overall record.  Saturday's matchup marked the penultimate road game of the season as the Badgers will play five out of its final six matches at home.
 
USUE got the scoring started in the ninth minute of the match to take a 1-0 lead.  The Badgers would answer in the 29^th minute as Lute Avile Ma put in the equalizer off an assist from Richard Henry.
 
The Eagles would score the golden goal in the 71^st minute, however and would salt away a 2-1 victory.  
 
Snow College put up 11 shots but had just two shots on goal while USUE totaled 12 total shots, half of which were on goal.
 
The Badgers will now return home to take on the College of Southern Nevada Thursday at 3:30 p.m. followed by a match with Truckee Meadows Community College Saturday at 1:30 p.m.  Both matches will be played at the Snow College Soccer Complex.  For additional information, visit snowbadgers.com.
