Coming off a 7-0 road victory, the Snow College women's soccer team struck again with an 8-0 victory against Community Christian College Saturday in Redlands, California.
Â
Despite the offensive outburst, it was perhaps that Badgers defense that was the more impressive element of the match.  Snow College did not allow a single shot nor a corner kick defensively against the Saints throughout the entire match. Â
Â
Skye Kennedy and
Mayu Yamamoto each scored two goals for the Badgers. Â
Fiona Jensen scored the first goal of the game, which was assisted by
Kennley Bradley. Â
Madelyn McQueen,
Belle Meadows, and
Emma Young each scored goals to help in the victory. Â
Candela Gonzalez,
Miku Kayama, and
Laila Spring all contributed assists in the win.
Â
Snow College will now take a week-long hiatus before it's next regular season match.  The Badgers will take on Colorado Northwestern Community College Thursday, September 22 with kickoff schedule for 1:00 p.m. at the Snow College Soccer Complex.
