The Snow College women's volleyball team traveled on the road and split a pair of matches between Colorado Northwestern Community College and Utah State University Eastern. With the Badgers traveling this past week, they first defeated CNCC with a 3-0 win. Following that game, the Badgers traveled once again to USUE. Despite holding close point sets, the Badgers lost 3-0.

Facing the Spartans, the Badgers put up heavy points in the first set, winning 25-13. As the second set rolled around, the Badgers wasted no time and won the set 25-11. With the win in hand, they wrap up the third set 25-17.

Following the CNCC matchup, the Badgers took on USUE. In the first set, the Eagles took a quick lead over the Badgers. They scored six consecutive points midway through the set, making the score 16-9. The Badgers fought back but ended up dropping the set 25-19.

The second set was tightly contested. The Badgers fought hard throughout, tying the score at 14-14 in the middle of the set. Somehow the Eagles snuck ahead, and the score quickly became 24-19. The Badgers did their best to take advantage at the end of the set to try and score, but despite their best efforts, the score ended at 25-22.

In the third set, the Eagles got a quick jump on the Badgers, making the score 9-5. Following that point, the Eagles stayed ahead and won the set 25-21.

Over the last two games, Liv Marshall had 15 total kills for the Badgers. Kinley Kerbs helped out tremendously with 28 assists. Sunshine Tausinga was keeping the Badgers alive with 19 digs.Â

The Badgers will take on the College of Southern Nevada in Henderson, Nevada, at 2:00 MDT Saturday. The last time the Badgers took on the Coyotes, they had a spectacular win 3-0. The Badgers took total control of that game, winning each set by five or more points.
