The men's and women's cross country teams both finished in fourth place at the Color Country Invitational in Cedar City over the weekend. This meet served as the final tune-up before the Scenic West Athletic Conference Championships in two weeks.
 
Gage Helm paced the Badgers as he crossed the finish line in the 6K race in 19:49.04.  Chris Hercules and Carter day came next, finishing in 45^th and 46^th, respectively.  Hercules finished in 20:26.52 with Day coming in at 2:26.67.
 
Zanna Perry led the women as she placed 47^th overall with a time of 15:48.87.  Jenna Fife followed close by, finishing in 15:50.82 to come in 48^th place.
 
The Badgers will now prepare for the SWAC championships which will take place Thursday, Oct. 24.  For additional information, visit snowbadgers.com.
