CSI opened the second half in control, putting up two early shots within the first three minutes of the half, neither finding its way home. The Golden Eagles did break through in the 65th minute, beating Christensen to bring the score to 1-0.
The Badgers would find chances throughout the rest of the game, none closer than a shot in the 82nd minute by
Jeff De Coteau that the keeper whisked away. The Badgers fell for the second time this season in conference play with a final score of 1-0.
The Badgers finished the game with eight shots, three of which were on net. Christensen finished the game with two saves and one goal allowed, just his seventh on the year.

Mateus Romualdo penalty kick as he slotted it in the bottom left of the net.
