The Snow College women's soccer team earned an 11-0 win over Pacific Northwest Christian College Thursday, followed by a 3-1 victory over North Idaho College Saturday. Both matches were held at the Snow Soccer Complex in Ephraim.

The Badgers now hold an overall record of 9-3-3, including a 7-2-3 mark in Scenic West Athletic Conference play. They currently sit in second place in the SWAC standings with 24 points.

In Thursday's match against the Gladiators, The Badgers struck early and maintained their scoring momentum through the 70th minute to secure the 11-0 win. Emily Noorda opened the scoring in the fifth minute, followed by goals from Brenna Arauzo in the 10th minute, Bailee Ballard in the 13th and 14th, Carly Knudsen in the 41st, and Hallie Hansen right before halftime in the 45th minute.

In the second half, Anna Monson scored just seconds after kickoff in the 46th minute. Katelyn Peterson added a goal in the 52nd minute, followed by Madelyn Moss in the 57th, Quincie Knudson in the 62nd, and Moss again in the 65th minute.Â

The Badgers totaled 53 shots, including 30 on goal, while holding PNWCC without a single attempt. Snow College also earned 10 corner kicks in the match.Â

In Saturday's matchup against NIC, The Badgers established control early, keeping play in the Cardinals' defensive half and setting a fast-paced tempo. The Badgers were awarded a penalty kick in the seventh minute, which Ballard converted for her sixth goal of the season.

After several more offensive chances, Snow College extended the lead in the 32nd minute when Knudsen scored off an assist from Brianna Kalista. Just two minutes later, left back Kalle Jackson added a lobbed goal assisted by Moss.

The Cardinals responded in the 36th minute but were unable to close the gap. The Badgers finished with a 3-1 win, totaling 17 shots, including seven on goal, while limiting NIC to seven shots, with two on target. Snow College also earned 10 corner kicks in the match.

Snow College will host College of Southern Idaho Thursday at 1:00 p.m., followed by Truckee Meadows Community College Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Both matches will be played at the Snow Soccer Complex in Ephraim.

The Golden Eagles hold a 6-4-3 overall record, and Snow College is 2-0-1 all-time against CSI. The Golden Eagles currently sit fourth in the SWAC standings with 18 points.
