Sean Felts of the Snow College men's basketball team has been named the Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Week, the Conference announced Monday.
 
Felts becomes the second Badger this season to claim the award after McCaden Adams took home the honors after the opening week of the season. Felts earned the award after helping the Badgers win each of their three games during the week.
 
Over the three games, Felts averaged 15.0 points on a whopping 91 percent shooting in addition to grabbing 6.7 rebounds per game while recording a total of 10 blocks. He started the week with 11 points and six rebounds in a 117-64 victory against Yavapai College Monday.
 
He followed that up with 10 points, five rebounds, and three blocks in a 96-71 win against Central Arizona College. Felts capped the week with 24 points, nine rebounds, and five blocks in the Badgers' 80-71 win against No. 11 Indian Hills College.
 
Felts, who has appeared in all seven games for the Badgers this season, is averaging 16.9 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. He leads the team and is third overall in the nation, shooting 83.1 percent from the field.
 
The Badgers will have more than a week before their next game. They will head to Powell, Wyoming, to take on Northwest College Saturday, Nov. 29. Tipoff is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. inside Cabre Gym. For video streaming and live stats information, visit snowbadgers.com.
