The Snow College men's basketball team has received the number one overall seed in the 2025 Credit Union 1 NJCAA DI Men's Basketball Championship presented by Zurich at the Hutchinson Sports Arena in Hutchinson, Kansas from March 22-29, 2025.

The Badgers were one of eight teams to receive a bye into the second round of the tournament. Other teams to receive a bye in order of seeding are as follows: Cowley, Indian Hills, South Plains, Jones, Panola, Trinity Valley, and Daytona State College.

Snow College was the lone team from the West District to make the tournament after No. 17 Eastern Arizona, which the Badgers defeated in the West District Championship, was in consideration for an at-large bid.

Snow College's first game will take place Monday, March 24, at 11:00 a.m. MDT. The bye will see them await the winner of the first-round matchup between John A. Logan College and Connors State College.

John A. Logan enters the first-round matchup with Connors State – a game will take place Saturday at 10:00 a.m. MDT – with a 23-9 overall record and finished the season at 14-2 within Region 24. They defeated Kaskaskia College to claim the Central District Championship.

Connors State, winners of the South Central District after defeating Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, are 28-3 overall and went 14-2 within Region 2. They won 17 of their last 18 games to finish the season.

Snow College, which is playing in its fourth-ever national tournament, enters the week-long event with the best record in the nation. The Badgers are 32-1 overall and riding a 25-game winning streak – the longest among teams in the field.

All games of the tournament except for the championship will be broadcast on ESPN+ as part of a multi-year media rights agreement with ESPN. The final game of the tournament will be nationally televised on ESPNU.
