The Snow College women's soccer team has been ranked 15^th in the NJCAA Division I Women's Soccer Preseason Poll, which was unveiled Monday.
 
The ranking comes after the Badgers finished the 2025 regular season ranked 15^th in the final poll of the year. Snow College was one of the first teams left out of the NJCAA National Tournament.
 
The Badgers finished the 2025 season with a 13-4-3 overall record and a 9-2-3 mark within Scenic West Athletic Conference play. They entered the Region 18 Tournament as the two seed and won a pair of games 1-0 to claim the championship.
 
Snow College would go on to host the West District Championship against Cochise College. The Badgers surrendered a second-half goal, suffering a 2-1 defeat.
 
Daytona State College claimed the top spot in the poll after a perfect 20-0 season that saw them hoist the NJCAA National Championship. The Falcons defeated Arizona Western College, who ranked second in the poll, 1-0 to cap the undefeated season.
 
Cowley County Community College, Seminole State College, and Iowa Western Community College rounded out the top five of the preseason poll. The Badgers will face IWCC to begin the 2026 campaign.
 
Fellow SWAC foe SLCC was slotted seventh in the rankings after going 15-4-2 overall and 12-1-1 within conference play. The Badgers open conference play against the Bruins Sept. 10 in Ephraim.
 
Snow College will play four games against teams in the preseason poll during the regular season. In addition to the two games against SLCC and the season opener against IWCC, Snow College will also play Indian Hills Community College, which landed 11^th in the rankings.
 
The 2026 season kicks off Thursday, Aug. 27, as the Badgers take on No. 5 IWCC in Ottumwa, Iowa. The match is slated to begin at 3:00 p.m. MST. Snow College will then take on No. 11 IHCC Saturday, Aug. 29, at 10:00 a.m. For video streaming and live stats information, visit snowbadgers.com.
