EPHRAIM, Utah (February 23, 2017) — The Snow College men's basketball team was strong on both ends of the floor as the Badgers soared to victory over Utah State-Eastern 106-74 on Thursday Night. The win moves Snow to 24-5 overall on the season and seals a Conference Championship with a 12-3 record in conference play.

Snow College jumped out to a 20-point lead early in the first half against the Golden Eagles. With four minutes left to play in the first half, Nate Bruneel hit a three pointer to give the Badgers their largest lead of the first half with 26 points.  The Badgers finished the first half ahead by 23 points. 

Snow College started the second half strong as AJ Jones lobbed the ball to Bruneel who threw it down to put the Badgers up by 30 with just over 15 minutes left in the game.  With just over a minute left in the game, Souleymane Gueye hit a jump shot to put the Badgers over the century mark for the 9th time this season.  Zach Hunsaker lead the Badgers with 21-points and Romain Louiserre lead the Badgers with 10-rebounds.

Snow College will play against Colorado Northwestern in Rangely, Colorado on February 25, 2017 at 5p.m.
