For the third time this season,
Isaac Finlinson (So./St. George, Utah/Dixie HS) of the Snow College men's basketball team has been named the Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.

Finlinson takes home the award after leading all scorers in a convincing 120-78 victory against Utah State University Eastern last Thursday. The win was the Badgers' 20
th victory of the season – the first team in the nation to reach the 20-win mark – and their 13
th consecutive victory.

Finlinson scored a career-high 35 points and handed out eight assists in the victory against the Eagles. He connected on 13 of his 16 field goal attempts, including going 6-6 from beyond the arc and 3-3 at the free-throw line.

Finlinson, a sophomore from St. George, Utah, is averaging 19.1 points per game, which is just outside the top 30 scorers in the nation. He has scored in double figures in 18 games this season including nine games with 20 or more and three with 30 or more.

Over the Badgers' 13-game winning streak, he has averaged 19.9 points and 6.5 rebounds per game on 54 percent shooting and 42 percent from beyond the arc. Over the last six games, he is scoring an average of 24.8 points per game on 61 percent from the field and 51 percent from deep.
