Five members of the Snow College softball team were selected to the Scenic West Athletic Conference All-Region Teams, the conference announced Monday.

Hailey Mangum and
Ayden Fitch were both named to the All-Region first team, while
Kamryn Allen,
Reata O'Neal, and
Brooke Fisher were all second-team selections.

Mangum, a sophomore from Payson, Utah, led the Badgers in hitting this season as she slashed .390/.455/.539 from the plate. She recorded a total of 60 hits, including 15 doubles, both of which led the team. She drove in 23 runs and drew 14 walks throughout the year while leading the team going a perfect 7-7 on stolen base attempts.

Fitch, a sophomore from Tooele, Utah, appeared in all 49 games for the Badgers this season and went .338/.441/.728 at the plate. Along with her slugging percentage, Fitch also led the team in OPS (1.169), home runs (14), RBIs (45), and hit by pitches (7). Fitch finishes her career tied for second all-time in career home runs with 26.

Allen, a sophomore from Cedar City, Utah, appeared in all 49 games and slashed .343/.468/.584 offensively. Her 47 total hits, including eight home runs, both rank second on the team. She also drew a team-high 32 walks, which is third most in a single season all time. She also holds the career record for home runs with 28 and runs batted in with 110.

O'Neal, a sophomore from West Haven, Utah, sported a .307 batting average and a .769 OPS in 41 appearances for the team during the season. She compiled a total of 35 hits and drove in 21 runs.

Fisher, a freshman from Pleasant Grove, Utah, appeared in 42 games this season, more than any other freshman on the team. She recorded a .308/.368/.569 slash line from the plate. She tallied 18 total extra-base hits, which was tied for second most on the team, including seven homers and two triples.

The Badgers finished the season with an 18-31 overall record and a 13-19 mark within SWAC play. They suffered a pair of losses in their first two matchups of the Region 18 Tournament to conclude their season. They will return to action with a full schedule next spring.
