For the third time this season, Lala Baldwin of the Snow College women's basketball team has been named the Scenic West Athletic Conference Player of the Week, the Conference announced Monday.
 
Baldwin helped the Badgers pick up two critical victories over the weekend. Snow College defeated Salt Lake Community College 57-45 Thursday before earning a 94-63 win against Colorado Northwestern Community College Saturday.
 
Over the two games, Baldwin averaged 18.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. She scored 24 points on 10-19 shooting and dished eight assists in the Badgers' victory against the Bruins.
 
Over the course of the season, Baldwin leads the team in scoring at 11.9 points per game. She has scored in double figures in 16 games throughout the season, including four performances of 20 points or more. She is also averaging 3.3 assists per game, which is third best in the conference.
 
The Badgers enter the final weekend of the season needing a victory against North Idaho College to secure a birth into the Region 18 Tournament. Baldwin will look to help the Badgers accomplish that Thursday at 8:00 p.m. MST For video streaming and live stats information, visit snowbadgers.com.
