Box Score EPHRAIM, Utah (February 11, 2017) — The Snow College women's basketball team overcame an 11-point deficit in the first half to take the win over Colorado Northwestern, 66-56, on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Lady Badgers improve to 11-12 on the season, and 6-6 in region play.

After the Lady Badgers struggled early,
Madison Mooring hit a three-pointer to finish an 11-point first-half comeback against the Spartans with three minutes left to play in the opening half. Mooring also hit a three-pointer as the shot clock expired to push the Badgers ahead for the first time in the game on the next possession. The score at halftime favored the Lady Badgers, 40-30.

In the second half, the Lady Badgers continued their momentum and didn't give up their lead for the final 20 minutes. They exchanged shots with CNCC and kept up a quick paced offense to stay ahead throughout the remainder of the game. The leading scorer for the Badgers was Mooring with 19 points and the leading rebounder was
Harley Hansen with 13.
