TWIN FALLS, Idaho (February 16, 2017) – The Snow College women's basketball team let a first quarter lead slip away as the Lady Badgers fell to Southern Idaho, 62-49, on Thursday afternoon. With the loss, Snow drops to 11-13 on the season and 6-7 in conference play.
 
The Lady Badgers held a 13-11 lead after the first quarter; however, the Lady Eagles went on a 21-8 run in the second quarter to take a 12-point lead at the half. In the second half, CSI jumped out to a 21-point lead before the Lady Badgers went on a 5-0 run of their own. Snow continued to chip away at the lead; however, the Golden Eagles managed to hang on for a 13-point victory.
 
Snow's Katie Anderson led the Lady Badgers with a double-double, posting 11 points and 10 rebounds. The Lady Badgers will travel to Salt Lake CC on Saturday, taking on the league leading Bruins. Game time is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
