PRICE, Utah (February 7, 2017) — The Snow College women's basketball team played with a vengeance against Utah State-Eastern beating them for the third time this season 77-48. This win puts the Lady Badgers to 5-6 in conference play and 10-12 on the season. 

USU-Eastern struggled early as the Lady Badgers took and kept the lead by at least ten points for most of the first half.  Snow College did find themselves in a bit of foul trouble coming into halftime with four Lady Badgers finding themselves with at least two fouls. The Badgers were ahead at the half 37-25.   

The Lady Badgers came out of halftime strong as they pushed the ball up the court and surpassed their highest lead of the game as they took a 20 point advantage against the Lady Eagles with five minutes left to play. Tayvia Ah'Quin and Harley Hansen had a standout game for the Badgers. Ah'Quin lead the team with 24-points and Hansen finished with a double-double with 14-points and 10-rebounds in the win over the Lady Eagles.  

The Lady Badgers will be at home in Ephraim, Utah to take on Colorado Northwestern on February 11, 2017 at 3pm.
