The Badgers fell behind early on the road to Twin Falls, Id against the Golden Eagles of the College of Southern Idaho and never could fully recover losing 69-56.

"We struggled right from the opening tip-off," said Head Coach Zu Grinsell. "We need to be more consistent and play well in every quarter."

Snow College trailed at the end of the first quarter 19-4 and 37-21 at the half. The Badgers outscored the Golden Eagles in the fourth quarter 24-12 to close the gap.

"Our defense allowed CSI too many easy shots," said Grinsell. "Too many fouls led to free throws and we lost the rebounding battle."

Jones led the Badgers in scoring with 17 points she also added seven rebounds. Passion Reitz added ten points on 2-2 shooting behind the three-point line and six rebounds.

Snow College will be back home on Thursday when they host Utah State-Eastern at the Horne Activity Center at 5pm.
